DLF Limited, buoyed by the success of its super-luxury project The Camellias, is set to launch The Camellias 2, also known as Lux 5, on Golf Course Road in DLF Phase-5, Gurugram, with a sales potential of Rs 25,000 crore. Aakash Ohri, Joint MD and Chief Business Officer of DLF Home Developers Ltd, told a media house that The Camellias 2 will feature super-luxury residences available on an invitation basis, with a thorough review of customer profiles before sales.


Spanning 17 acres and offering around 5 million square feet of saleable area, the project will include approximately 420 luxury apartments, launched in phases starting in Q3 of the financial year 2024-25. Apartments will start at 9,000 square feet, with some offering lake or Aravalli hill views. Prices will start from Rs 50 crore per unit.


Additionally, DLF plans to launch a super-luxury villa project in Goa in August 2024, featuring 62 villas on a 38-acre site facing the Mandavi River in Panjim, with prices between Rs 40 crore and Rs 50 crore, and an expected topline of Rs 2,500 crore.


DLF recently reported selling 795 apartments worth Rs 5,590 crore within three days in Gurugram and posted a net profit of Rs 921 crore for Q4FY24, a 61.5% increase YoY, with a full-year profit of Rs 2,733 crore and revenue of Rs 6,958 crore for FY23-24.
