Raichur: In a tragic incident that has shaken the Kallur village in Manavi taluk of Raichur district, four members of a family have lost their lives due to suspected food poisoning. The heartbreaking event unfolded on Wednesday when the family shared a non-vegetarian meal for lunch.

Shortly after their meal, the family members' health began to deteriorate rapidly. They were promptly rushed to a private hospital in Raichur for treatment. Despite the medical team's best efforts, four individuals tragically passed away, unresponsive to the treatments administered.

The deceased have been identified as Bhimanna Bagli, 72, Iramma Bagli, 62, Mallesh, 21 and Parvati, 19

Adding to the family's distress, another young woman from the same household, Mallamma, is currently in critical condition. The medical staff is working tirelessly to stabilize her health.
