Every inch of Mumbai's Marine Drive is packed with fans eagerly awaiting a glimpse of the T20 World Cup-winning Indian cricket team. On one side, the waves crash against the shore, while on the other, the cheers of ecstatic supporters fill the air.

 


The cricket craze has taken over Mumbai as throngs of fans gather to witness Team India's victory parade. This grand procession will start at Marine Drive and end at Wankhede Stadium. With excitement in their eyes and hopes of spotting their favorite players, the city's streets have turned into a vibrant spectacle. Adorned in Indian jerseys and waving the national flag, fans have created an electrifying atmosphere to welcome the Rohit Sharma-led team that has ended a 13-year World Cup drought. The joyful supporters dance to the rhythm of the Indian team's success.

 

The Indian cricket team landed at Mumbai airport, where they were greeted by a sea of fans. Hardik Pandya proudly carried the coveted T20 World Cup trophy as the players made their way through the crowd. Earlier in the day, the team had arrived at New Delhi airport in the early morning hours. Upon arrival, the players and team management met Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his residence for breakfast.

 

During their meeting with the Prime Minister, the players donned a special jersey featuring two stars above the BCCI emblem, symbolizing their two T20 World Cup victories. The word 'CHAMPIONS' was emblazoned across the jersey in bold letters. After the meeting, the victorious team departed for Delhi airport to catch a flight to Mumbai for the grand victory parade.

 

According to the sources, India captain Rohit Sharma, Suryakumar Yadav, Shivam Dubey, and Yashasvi Jaiswal will meet Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde at the Assembly on Friday.
